THE STANDARD SOCIAL WEBSITE
After digging through thousands of floppy disks I ran into this. It seems to contain some advanced "app" from before the internet bubble. It was labeled THE STANDARD SOCIAL WEBSITE.
It seems to be a bit corrupted and some functions don't work but overall it's still intact. I carbon dated it to 1999 and uploaded it here.
This is a game I made in 2018. It's all contained in a single static html page. Think outside the box a bit and you can find some interesting things.
Hint if you get stuck:
try logging into other users accounts by guessing their passwords. there's only 9 possible passwords

on safari, all the possible outputs were on the same page, so a person can scroll and find valid accounts. not sure if that was intended!
Hmm I would be careful about that, a person doing that would be going against the terms of service of the standard social website:
